Tasty

In June 2009, Sten caught this big dude in Alaska. We are still enjoying the halibut. I say that loosely as I am not too crazy about halibut. I love halibut fish -n-chips, but that's about it.

Until today. Until I stumbled on this recipe.

Arrange halibut pieces on a baking sheet. Bake @ 425 for 20 minutes, mix together ingredients below and spread over all for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Mix together:

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
3 T Mayo
1 T Lemon Juice
3 T Chopped Green Onion
1/4 t Salt
Garlic to taste
Dash of hot sauce

Guess I shouldn't be surprised - adding butter, cheese and garlic would probably make Kibbles-n-Bits tasty
