One of our stops was at Habitat where Kristen (she has better eyes than me) spotted this pallet of tongue and groove siding with awesome green paint aged to a perfect patina. Scott keeps threatening to buy me a pickup so I can haul my treasures, but this little car works perfect and I pull away from the gas pump with a smile on my face.

Great minds think alike
My friend, Kristen and I went garage sale-ing on Saturday. I don't like to go to garage sales in our small town as I feel obligated to buy something if I know the people having the sale. However, in the big city it's altogether different. We enjoyed our day together (immensely) and both came home with lots of loot and $1.00 to spare. Her Suburban was packed so I had to go pick up this wood yesterday . . .

Hey is that the green boards from the house we never went and got? Looks like the same color?
It's amazing what you can stick in the back of the Freestyle!
Actually Miss Amy - we have parked the Freestyle (Scott is sick of replacing the brakes) and I have been driving the Escort wagon - the car we purchased (with Dad and Mom) as a tow car behind the motorhome.
No mom, those aren't the green boards, but very similar - I'm dreaming of keeping Dad busy for the entire Winter, crafting tables of all sizes.
